In the fall of 2016 US American Julian Monroe Fisher settles
in the heart of the jungle in the village of Jacintoville in the Toledo
district of the Central American country of Belize.
,Julian Monroe Fisher is an Explorer, Cultural Anthropologist and a Fellow with The Royal Geographical Society in London, an
International Fellow of The Explorer's Club in New York City, a
published author and farmer.,
Fisher purchased a tract of jungle bush and started experimenting with various
crops, Soursop , Mango , Pineapple and other native fruit varieties.
It was the introduction to Sorrel of the Hibiscus family
that changed Fishers future.

Ltd was born out of the mutation from a single Sorrel plant and in 2024 we
project to produce 4000 Sorrel bushes and 12,000pounds of fruit.
